All they would have to do is give the TA permission to release the float when people call. I called the Transfer Agent listed on their websit. The operator transferred me to a man, when he asked which company I was inquiring about and I told him evfl he came right back with an answer - I would have to call evfl and have them give permission for the information to be released. His quick response gave me the impression he has been getting a lot of calls on evfl.
If having a gagged ta is not a bad sign, I'm not sure what is.
