Opius they are not lying...As todays pr states they file with sos Aug 28 about their intentions...After Sept 22 they will have 900m A/S....Read the 8k again...And Again...DE has the info...They told us what spng filed... Remember the DE site says they are giving us the info the co gives them...
WHY WHY the 1-100?? Because they have 2.75b out and we need Spng at 4.00 after the RS.... So they figure 27.5m can hold 5.00 a share...
IF their was only 722 out they would not be doing a 1-100...
