Brian, you are misreading the 8k. The 8k effectively gives us two things.

1. R/S
2. AS Decrease. We already knew about the AS decrease from PR and confirmation from Delaware SOS.

The after Sep 22ed is ONLY for the R/S

Delware SOS reports the received filing that AS "WAS" reduced. That would be a no no if they lied and at that point I would agree that management was up to no good.

We are waiting on the 10-K for the OS reduction now.

I hear ya but I don't believe that management is lying to us to hurt the shareholders.

There are events happening that we can not be privy to IMO
