IMO The round-up is for shareholders with NSS's ;)

"Rendall Williams, CEO of UCAD, stated, "Through the suggestion of management of CMKX and their corporate attorney, D. Roger Glenn, UCAD's management has agreed to issue additional shares for the round-up process for this distribution. UCAD has agreed to issue additional shares so all CMKX shareholders can take part in this distribution." Williams continued, "The relationship with CMKX shareholders is a welcome addition to our new family." "

Do the division using your own position. Probably all shareholders will end up with X number of shares plus a fractional share. CMKX and UCAD have decided to round up the fraction to the nearest full share. In order to be able to do this, UCAD will have to issue more stock, up to about 45K shares. No big deal.

What does it mean when they say round up? I'm assuming that you take 7.5 million shares and send it to the shareholders. Why need a roundup.

It could also (probably) mean that shareholders holding less then the minimum would at least recieve once share. Meaning if you hold 1 share of CMKX you get a 1 for 1 ;). Normally they round down.

Praying for a naked short, waiting for the filing.
