The Diamond Creek Mill. Its real; got a name now. I had no idea that there was even the need to get the BLM to sign off on access rights. Reminds me of oil deals LOL. Its always more convoluted than originally known.

I'm glad now that SFMI had a lease still in place for that old potato barn in Melba where they have piled rock up; just in case the BLM had gotten horsey. I mean, thats not why they piled it up there, but the effect of already having it piled up is now an obvious plus.

Once the Melba potato shed showed itself to be in need of a lot of upgrades before it could have been used, it was decided to buy a spot closer to the mountain. But Melba became a fall-back position because they already have proper permitting in place for hauling to Melba.

I called the BLM and asked that question and they confirmed that the permits issued for Melba hauling remain valid, so worst case, had the news announced today not been forthcoming, then the valid BLM permits would have allowed even more rock to have been hauled down to Melba, even if there had been a setback at the new piece of land closer to the mountain.

With the BLM now stating, officially, that potential access limitations are not going to be issues, its much better for SFMI than having to fall back on any kind of back-up plan, but now that its apparent that the BLM could have blocked access to the new land, its nice to have had a back up plan.

People are quick to criticize management, but I see no such positive commenting when a PR like this comes out and it apparent that management had both a plan and a fall back position. Things are definately looking up.

Lots of buying at the ask today.
