Sorry. I was away for awhile. I'm not sure what the OS was back than. I would have to look up some old files, which I'm not about to do. I'm to busy. To your ?. "why the stock has fallen from .80 to what it is now" Good question but might be viewed as opinion! On May 8 '06 This stock had reached spikes up to 7.23 and closed at 5.35!!! There is so many reason why this stock started fallen. Willie was upset at DM for not staying the course with Bio Diesel and seeking other ways to make fuels like 'Ethanol' & 'LNG'. Of course the hype of Ethanol dissolved. They needed more factory's to prove they could handle more supply and demand, if needed. They had developed lots of debt and began to lose the big investors and was having lots of trouble getting more money to expand. The company also had lots of court issues, which always looks bad for investors. You might ask why I held on. I knew that DM had and has the drive to succeed. I knew then and know now that this country is changing it's views on how we get our fuel and EVFL will be right there with all the knowledge to produce. A lot has change since then. They have a good strong focus. They did away with the 'LNG' which was sold to 'PNG'. They whipped out there debt! People are coming back around for Ethanol. They are getting the attention of investors. They are accruing lots of fuel plants for supply and demand. They have a good Management team with a strong focus. They are ahead of the game in alternative fuels. Those court cases have been and are being proved wrong and are paying them nicely. All in all EVFL has what it takes. They have come this far keeping their heads out of the water and they will take this another step farther. Sorry, that wasn't a ? that could have a short answer in the mind of someone who BELIEVES! Go EVFL..........
