If the company cared anything about their investors it isn't. They can't buyback now.... its obvious by their dilution. To give your investors any sign of hope would be to lower the A/S to something reasonable especially since you are CURRENTLY DILUTING. Without the SPECULATION you have what... a guess? an opinion no fact to back it up except that they said they had 15mil give or take come in... but not really because we still dilute for operation expenses?
