1. Company no longer dormant (first PR since May)
2. New name and stock symbol coming
3. New business (green energy)
4. New website up
5. Audited financials being prepared through August 31st, 2009 to enable the company to fully update the Pink Sheets profile and file a new 15c-211.
6. Company has consummated several contracts and agreements with technology partners during the hiatus, and those agreements and contracts will be announced shortly

The last one is the most important IMO.
