BEHL has submitted a Request for Proposal to Comfort FIX for construction of facilities. This news was not very exciting to me. I am sure most any company can ask for a proposal from Comfort to construct facilities.
The reason to get excited would be, who finances this construction.
Quin says Comfort FIX will finance this construction.
That makes me excited, however I didn't see anything in the PR that said Comfort would finance anything.
