This probably is a dumb question, but is it possible that they were not pitched the server tools up front -- that the server tools are being relegated to separate, subsequent up-sell?

Funny. Page6 shows a 115 page report was necessary to convey the results and a three-blurb PPT page was all that was necessary regarding the Wave/STX HardDrive option.

115 pages means a lot of headaches to sort through: encryption, performance, management, liability, etc.

3 blurbs translate to: powerful, easy, transparent

I also don't understand their statement:

One big problem with this technology is compatibly with hardware. We found most Dell and Lenovo laptops worked with the Segate drive

First sentence says compatibility is an issue.

Second sentence says compatibility is not an issue.
