Short squeeze trigger - The coming 10k will NOT trigger a short squeeze.(however they will feel really uncomfortable) To squeeze a MOASS we need a trigger event that requires a full accounting of all shares uplist to nasdaq, merger, some dividends, split, CUISP number change. or a negotiated settlement with the Market Makers left holding the bag..

You mentioned an audited 10k can trigger the MOASS. I hope I paraphrased your post correctly. My question is will this paticular 10k be an audited 10k of shares to trigger it?
