This is where our speculation is headed towards as in what will cause it to trigger. At some point in time I feel we will have two squeezes. One will be the margin call for the legit FTD's if there are any left and the second will be the real NSS.

I'm trying to make my thoughts understandable so if anything comes out weird it's my medication speaking and not me. lol

So, the MOASS won't happen anytime soon unless they announce some type of dividend or split. I don't think they will do a forward split when they are trying to retire a boat load of stocks. The same goes for a reverse split, I don't think they want to hurt the perception of the company with a reverse split.

I don't think they will merger any time soon. I believe they have to have the stocks around 4 dollars to be listed on the NASDAQ. I am not sure why they would change their CUSIP number.

I think the only way is for it to have a dividend. Is the company in any type of financial position to offer a dividend to all the shareholders? Even if it is a penny dividend, that would be an expensive endevour.

spongeboy: I would tend to agree with you but, when you consider xDrewx's #'s as to current float and O/S in 10k Subseq. Events Sec., then such #'s demonstrate that NSS are up a creek, that they will have to start covering. My reasoning is that the pps will go up after 10k to maybe $1 or so and that will quintuple pps with no downside, so that NSS will lose control completely of pps. And a forced buyin will begin out of financial necessity. Otherwise, more institutions will start to jump on spng at $1 and drive up pps further.

I don't know, maybe just my ignorance of the situation, including the I don't care attitude of NSS. Is this a stupid scenario?
