My guess would be to issue restricted shares for financing money. 300,000,000 shares restricted at .03 would bring 9,000,000 in financing funds. That would do nicely in my opinion but just my opinion.

We'll see. I have no opinion either way, we'll have to wait for the company to tell us what they are doing. Volume certainly doesn;t suggest they are dumping anything.
