withholding a 10k to keep the SP depressed for continual buybacks i think might be illegal

i think the buybacks have been complete for sometime and AYME is accumulating for someone else

With the buyback being done they can't do anything as far a 10K listing then until they have the Certs.
Someone tell me if I am wrong.

Could be due to them wanting to get it all done now instead of seperate filings. Although I would think it would have been more benificial to release the 10-K and then release another announcement or 8-K afterwards about the retiring of all rme shares

I'm in agreement. The 10k will not be out this week IMO. If an extension was required in the first place, that means they have some work to do yet, otherwise a few late nights at the office the last week in August could have wrapped it up for an on-time release. Plus there is the distinct possibility they are buying back more shares which may be indicative of us holding strong above 20C. All good stuff; as many of us have said, it will come out when it comes out and according to the filing this will take place on or by the 15th. Go on a vacation or go stay with a friend or relative in a nearby state if you find yourself consumed by all this.
