Especially since they raised the initial 100 million buyback number to 150 million in July. I think AYME is over 115 million shares now and looks to be locked in to make it all the way to 150 million...If he's not buying for SPNG then he's buying for someone with deep pockets...Either way it's a win/win for SPNG investors...So tell me are we there yet???

The last 2 times they filed extensions it was released 2 days later, both times. So we could potentially see it this week still, but who knows.
