They have been talking about the demo for what... how long... ? NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND) per Renaissance Renovations and Development announced today that the company (Renaissance) began the application process with Hempfield Township for all required demolition permits regarding the Westmoreland Glass Factory site.

Beacon is very excited that Renaissance's management has chosen to expedite the process and demolition of the structure. Once all the permits are issued, Beacon will commission an architectural team to proceed with design sketches and proposals for the best use of the cleared property.

Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Announces Winning Bid

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Sept. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: BCND) today announced that it has agreed to sell the salvage rights to Renaissance Renovations and Development for $6,350,000.

This price encompasses any and all salvageable materials on the property and it will be the sole responsibility of Renaissance to demolish and remove all materials from the property at their sole expense. The agreement does not include any of the natural gas rights on the property nor does it include the property.
