I've heard of an NDA. I've also heard of people saying something along the lines of "I signed an NDA and can't divulge such and such because of it." The NDA would not prevent the person from also listing out what questions were asked without the corresponding answers.

He asked for the free trip and said he was from Ihub evfl board and wanted to come down and check it out. why wold the ceo fly him down knowing he was from this board and expect him to come back and not give any info. im done talking about such a crappy job, lets move on to positive stuff :)

I am sure he has. So why don't we all sign one ? Any objections ?

If one shareholder is given information, then why not all shareholders ? Does this make sense to anyone ?
