Corporations have "Yes Men." Message boards have "sock puppets." It cuts down on the payroll to have a CEO be his own "yes man." No need to pay an extra man if you can login under two different ID's and pat yourself on the back.
It is simply better to say "Everybody has their own opinion," if you see the pat on the back. "Vessel Support" might actually be a different person with a sarcastic edge.
