Fully reporting again? Why, wouldn't it be easier to stay on the exchange they are on, since they already have several companies investing in CMKX mineral rights now?
Pinksheets is NOT an exchange. It's a quotation service. As Pedro already pointed out here, once CMKX' assets reach $10M with this large shareholder base they are required to submit regular filings again with the SEC. Actually, they have until the last day of the fiscal year (Dec) to get their assets below that amount.
An issuer shall be exempt from the requirement to register any class of equity securities pursuant to section 12(g)(1) if on the last day of its most recent fiscal year the issuer had total assets not exceeding $10 million and, with respect to a foreign private issuer, such securities were not quoted in an automated inter-dealer quotation system. http://www.law.uc.edu/CCL/34ActRls/rule12g-1.html
Has anyone checked whether Glenn has left or if the GEMM divy is being delayed/cancelled? An expensive attorney like him should not be late on a trivial dividend filing.
