Volume for the month of August was 30.262B

I know that on Aug. 3rd where was no BID for most of the session.

There was no BID for a period of time today. (all afternoon I believe)

So on the first trading day in August, the market was flooded with shares at .0001.

On the first trading day in September the market was once again flooded with shares at .0001.

current O/S ???

Any confidence could have been shot after reading the emphasis of matter paragraph.

Going Concern

Evolution has incurred significant losses from operations through June 30, 2009 and has limited financial resources. The Company has a significant accumulated deficit, negative current ratios and negative tangible net worth at June 30, 2009 and December 31, 2008.

These factors raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
