based on some digging i did a couple of years ago, they are all connected via the college - jangs, chu, and bing. I could never really figure out who runs the show. I do not think it was the jangs given that the married couple basically stole back the canadian property and nothing ever happened to them.
i even called a couple of times and spoke to a couple of them but couldn't get anywhere as once i started to ask what exactly are you working on they referred me Ciaverlla. It was quite humorous.
Chu seems to have raked in the most shares given his prosper consulting received millions for a deal that never was even inked. Otherwise why wouldn't the company sue ?
