I understand ozz. I fully expected the 10K today too, but saw an awful lot of AYME buying + t-trades in the millions.

I am not wearing rose-colored glasses, but I honestly believe it will be best if they file an NT with good updated figures than to file today if those figures could not have been as updated.

Again, not trying to be too optimistic here, but if they had filed on time at Q3, we never would have known about the share buyback and other material events that occurred after April 15.

Do what you think is best man, and you know I wish you the best whatever you choose.

Now that is a statement that I cannot disagree with. We have had hundreds of opportunities to reload or load up or back the truck up. How many opportunities have we had to take advantage of holding long? I really am not sour right now, but I am disappointed that I have held and never sold a share for over a year, and have been told over and over again that the plan is in place to eliminate the short position, only to hear almost on a weekly basis "Great opportunity to reload". I didn't invest in a company that would build itself to greatness yet be unable to pry loose of a short position created by crooks. Get a plan that is not contingent on so many things. Get it, and do it. That's all I ask, otherwise 2 years from now the Company will be doing a billion in sales and the stock will be selling at .20 per share. That's embarassing. These guys are tough, but I believe our guys can be tougher.
