I agree. I want the forward looking remarks in the 10K to describe the largest possible decrease in the O/S count. If that means taking a few extra days, so be it.
This management team does not have a history of engaging in behavior that has no clear strategic purpose. They keep their eyes on the ball. I think they have earned the benefit of the doubt when it comes to why they do what they do, at least until demonstrated otherwise. If the 10K is delayed, then my assumption is that there is good and sufficient reason for that, not that these guys are suddenly fumbling the ball and making silly errors. They know full well the negative aspects of not coming out with 10K today, and I have to believe there is something going on, something in the works, that will make those negatives more than worthwhile.
