If Dons lawyers have a cross debt lined up, and fully explained, (settlement request), Greenblat's (or his lawyers) will have to do some major explaining to avoid a Judges findings of elimination of debt.

And could expose , Greenblat's (or his lawyers), to some close examination and losses in trial. Sure would be funny to see the shoe on the other foot, wouldn't it!
