THAT...is the question of the day! It would be Greenblat's (or his lawyers) perfect nature to request a continuance in/of some form or manner, but will the Judge allow/accept it?

I would suppose if Greenblat's 'history' were reviewed and taken into account, the gavel would fall in favor of CTGI.

Of course, I'm only using common sense, but we all know that common sense does not always dictate.
