Midas was correct although worded a little funny.
"Only 30 days until Nov. after that."
The "after that" meant "after September", but it's all generalization because October has 31 days.

Ummmm. My bad missed Oct. The point is still the same. They have run out of time to do anything with the glass factory this year. What you think it will be down in two months. It took them a year just to get this far. LOL.
