authorized or floating shares wll be 6 billion after the split not now or before the split. if it was, you would have the shares times 10 or 11? in your account.
they are not issued yet. call your broker.
outstanding shares now or after the split, i don't know.

pre split atno pps should be imo 0.15 to 0.20 and $ 1 ,10+ presplit in 20 10 ( =revenues expected 50 millions /60 to be generated as a first step underway)
