I may be misunderstanding your reply, but the filing with the Nevada SS seems quite clear, and the AS was definitely increased to 6 billion shares on 8/20/2009. Of course, the increase was necessary to accommodate the forward split which is set to occur soon. I apologize if I am misunderstanding your reply.
