Look at the companies address (hint: two addresses ago)
Look who the legal counsel is (hint: gone almost 2 years ago)
Look who the IR firm is (hint: gone last year)

I posted a while ago that the information can be changed online but I'm not sure if
there is a check to see if the person changing it is legitimate. I would sure hope so.

And for the last time already believer...why ask me repetitively to answer such a silly question when I clearly told both you & rose NUMEROUS times over every time you posted to me that I don't need to provide an answer when it's RIGHT THERE in the oct '07 filings!!!

The 2 of you were simply wanting/trying to drag me into the ECT Friends vs MGB argument...and as I explained several times last night...only those involved & qualified professionals know whether or not the 5 committee members filed all the proper & necessary paperwork involved from the get go in their coup attempt...& over the next several weeks/months whichever of the 2 factions has the legal edge will eventually prevail...of that we can all be sure:)
