Excuse me, but yes technical support, its called Interdigital communications that thinks Nokia infringes, or their would be no litigation. I think that should be enough technical support since they are willing to spend millions proving it.
chasjohn, the entire public portion of the trial with nokia is available. You could read that if you can make it through it all the claims construction stuff.
Otherwise the idea of half the market signed already by compainies with lawyers ready to fight IDCC if they weren't using the patents in question plays into my thinking.
