This hole seizure and sale gets a big mess day by day.

It sounds like even WMI's lawyers were not sure if WMBfsb was sold to JPM or not. I guess that is one of the reasons they requested a list from JPM/FDIC (?!) showing what was sold to JPM and what was not?


Do you remember if WMBfsb was in the list provided by JPM/DFIC?
