For one its a report for q2 so it wouldn't be the case but if it was, either the stock wouldn't be .25 or if it was you could divide how many shares you now have by around 10,000. Mergers are accounted for by a ratio of shares between the 2 companies involved. JMHO of course but I've read hundreds of posts that pump mergers and I'm not saying there won't be one, but no one besides myself has tried to put a handle on what would happen with EVFL shares, even though I've asked a couple of times. JMHO
