in respect to the fact that the people who were worried it was coming and were waiting to buy. Now that the "expected" bad news is out of the way, they can watch the stock react to it and act accordingly.
Last weeks non-news with Nat/IBM/DELL/HWP was huge, but many didn't want to buy since bad news was still in the pipe. This will push it along ....a little. Let it play out, and then it can move again.
