Actually D & T start working for SPNG after the 10K is completed...instead of the 9 months you just stated. In fact I believe the PR also stated they are already working with SPNG in the transition process...so...fail.
You obviously STILL arent reading the whole story are you? They have already begun working with the company. They take over full operations after the 10k comes out though. For you to say they do NOTHING for 9 months is ignorant.
There are a lot of answers to your question on why they hired Robison and not directly to Deloitte. Why dont you ask the company themselves if you want an exact answer. But Im guessing it has a little something to do with a uplist...
The point is the 10k will be out on time. The FY10 will be audited by a BIG 4 company.

homeboy my brother at one time worked for the largest cable company in the country and Deloitte & Touche were there accountants he told me this company would not even take anyone on if they thot they were shady. I have to believe that they Deloitte & Touche have a rep to protect as well, so they are not going to just take on just any client, so I think your argument holds no weight whatsoever
