There are a lot of answers to your question on why they hired Robison and not directly to Deloitte. Why dont you ask the company themselves if you want an exact answer. But Im guessing it has a little something to do with a uplist...

The point is the 10k will be out on time. The FY10 will be audited by a BIG 4 company.

And are you serious in your question about calling someone in the same city to do your accounting? What in the world does that have to do with ANYTHING AT ALL?
