The problem with your route is that you equate the stock to the company, and that is dangerous in the pinks.
In the pinks, there is no such thing as longterm anything.
If it was NOT a pink shell situation, your scenario would be ok. But this IS the pink market no matter how you spin it, and taking a true LONG stance will never pay off.
Now, if the company were to truly get out of the pinks like 100% of them claim they will, then they can be taken in a longer view.
Don't be foolish. This is not a normal market that you are in.
