There was a discussion about this theory as to how JPM through its international divisions has managed to purchase a substantial WAMUQ shares ( each division can only purchase 5%) and so, in the end if they control about 40% of the shares, if/when they purchase WAMU, they would be paying themselves!! Its an interesting theory and very plausible too. These crooks are capable of everything.

was STEALING the bank legal? I think there's a few more that are now coming on board thinking perhaps not. If this trend continues over the next few days, I'm thinking JPMC are going to be forced to act quickly before they lose control of their message about their takevover. People are going to start noticing a WAMU up tick very quickly and soon questions are going to be asked...

Look I'm not a banking insider and have no idea how this all works...BUT if I knew that I was going to be forced to make a settlement of say $8+ wouldn't it make sense to let this run a little and have those that want to take a profit take it and buy as much as I could as fast as I could while the stock was still just pennies. That way I end up paying myself and end up keeping the costs down etc..

Just my thoughts, maybe I'm talking nonsense.
