no idea, unless the new paperless rule has gone into effect or it has something to do with international brokerage. Question, why would you want to get Certs for Google? seems to me that would just take you out of the market and make it more cumbersome if you wished to sell at some point.

I attempted to request Certs for Google in my TD Waterhouse account and was declined in Canada ???

What is going on?
Are certs no longer legit? anyone please speculate
