You forget, Deloitte & Touche haven't done anything for Spongetech yet, and won't do anything for about nine months or so, if then.
And a lot can happen in nine months. Just wait and see.
However, if I were you the question I'd really be asking is this: Why didn't Spongetech hire Deloitte & Touche three months ago, instead of hiring Robison?
After all, Deloitte was accepting new clients then. So why even bother going 2000 miles away to Salt Lake City to hire a new accounting firm to do the audit for the FY ending May 31 2009 when they could have just called a respected accounting firm in the same city where the company is located to begin with?
