t/a = tranfer agent

a gagged t/a is bad news allmost everytime - a lot of time it is so the company can 'hide' selling shares

the company will say it for other reasons - like to spare the t/a from getting lots of calls

1 day the selling will stop and the pps might go up - just not sure when that might be
