re TCNH: don't know if the "perpetrator"


has the cash. My understanding of arbitration is that both sides need to prove in advance that they can pay off in the case that they lose the decision, so I assume the perpetrator at least did that. Clearly until TCNH says they have the money in the bank, the stock should be discounted. I'm holding mine 'til about $.75 or so...
