TCNW: So... how sure can one be that the money will ever make it into TCNW's coffers?

Excerpt from the PR:
"While this award is final and binding, collection of the award remains subject to confirmation and enforcement. "

This "binding arbitration" sounds like an actual conclusion, but do you know if the perpetrator has the cash to pay TCNW?

At this point are you taking your double and getting out or holding for a particular price?
