Do you really think you can have a commission who would revue these cases and them not have access to technical support, or I would think they would. I can't imagine a commission making rulings on things they have no clue about and no one to advise them, that would make no sense. I do believe that common sense should prevail, but as we have seen that doesn't always hold true. I am sure Nokia is more nervous about having 4 patents ruled valid than IDCC is about no infringement. I think the validity issue may stand but proving you aren't infringing not 1 of 16 claims, well I say the odds are 16 to 1 in favor of IDCC.
