jd may very well be *a* friend to some of the longs
there is nothing wrong with that provided the appropriate
actions have been taken <NDA's etc> .. i give my loyalty
to every co. and ceo .. i'm in .. even on the pks .. based
on the actions of management ..

jd has my utmost respect .. he's kept expo *solvent*
in light all that transpired in 2008 .. he's got contracts
with with co.s .. everyone here can *recognize* and appreciate

i just think there is a basic misunderstanding of how the
SEC operates .. on these complaints filed against NITE

i will never *NOT* .. file a complaint .. based on what
i've seen *happening* on rt l2 .. since 8/7 ..

the only way this *CRAP* will ever change is if retail
gets engaged .. believe me the MM's and the hedgies
sure as hell aren't going to file anything with the SEC
that implicates one of their own
