You can certainly call and ask the CEO questions, but thinking that a shareholder owes any loyalty to the company first is crazy.

If somebody thinks what we are seeing looks crazy odd and wants to contact the SEC, I encourage them to do it immediately. That is their right to be able to do so. If EXPH is being honest and conducting business ethically, they have nothing to fear.

The SEC stands to gain or lose nothing.

The CEO is biased. This isnt like you think your best friend might be up to something fishy and then you decide to call the cops and later find out you totally misunderstood and caused some unnecessary trouble. Your friend should be open with you and could give you some insight as to what is going on.

JD is not your friend. You dont owe him anything.
