I agree with professorschnitzal

We the stock holders get R/Sed that's stealing. Even a 10-1 split would be devastating and the PPS would have to go pretty high to get anywhere near out original investment.

I for one would file a fraud and theft by deception case against EVFL by myself if they did a R/S to me. I would hope that if the R/S happened that all of us would join in on the suit.

I don't care if everyone say's R/S is part of trading penny stocks or not. Stealing from my bank account or through R/S is all the same to me.
