Would agree, didn`t the Panel already allow Nokia access to certain documents,why allow that if Ericy wasn`t the trigger.

Well if that’s the case imagine my disappointment{ my being either/or Nokia or IDCC } by not hearing my final arguments to the issue.

I think at this stage they wouldn’t have a choice nor do I believe there is any leaning.

However this JKJ notes and the Nokia 20 concerning this would be interesting to read as presented by 3g dollars statements
