Apparently so in US unless, of course, the inventor signs away the rights to the invention and the contract is air tight. Can't beat that. It is my understanding that Bruno gave the rights to the CRAM to EFFC in exchange for paying his salary for 2 years, and shares in EFFC. As shareholders in EFFC we have been financing the developement of this product in good faith. This product was developed entirely during Bruno's time at EFFC. There isn't much doubt that the law would support EFFC shareholder's claim to this tech.

Aren't you the one (along with your friends) who incessantly claimed that Bruno and Gib left ECT in early 2009 despite the fact that Bruno and Gib themselves had been communicating directly with the investors that Gib left in May and Bruno shortly afterwards? Or maybe you have better sources than they. ;-)
