Case#2

Cummins Diesel, El Paso, Texas

June, 1992

The site was contaminated over a period of years. Numerous diesel spills and leaks from storage tanks resulted in petroleum hydrocarbon contamination in an area about an acre in size. The depth of contamination ranged from ground surface to a depth of 20 feet. Dr. Robert Doggett and Haywood-Baker injected the RichLabs FX-P 10/10 enzyme solution to remove the contamination. The initial Total Petroleum Contamination ranged from 60,000 PPM to 85,000 PPM. The soil was remediated in-situ to non-detectable levels of TPH in a three week period.
