Or if they have iron clad proof, issue a $1 dividend, and all shorts would have to pay that $1 per short share they own. Technically, if there is a true billion plus naked shorts, that would be very crippling in itself. We would all get paid very hansomely, including the company. heheh, wishful thinking of course and not a real possibility in my eyes. But still fun to think about.
